Biography

He was born in the village of Khattab, Dakahlia Governorate. He obtained a Bachelor of Media from Cairo University in 1986, followed by a Bachelor of Acting and Directing from the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts in 1991, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Drama Direction Department in 1993, in addition to his MA and PhD degrees.
