Biography

I am a passionate filmmaker and storyteller based in Rwanda. I explore themes of trauma, horror, family, resilience, friendship, identity, and freedom, told through well-crafted but deeply flawed fictional characters. I aspire to share my stories with millions across the globe, whether through moving pictures or moving scripts, even when the budget isn’t friendly—especially then. I am nothing without the words, without the thoughts, the dreams and the magic that rush through my veins each and every second of my existence and it would be foul of me to keep it to myself. Hopefully, one day, I’ll get to share my characters with the entire world. But for now, I’m grateful to be moving forward, and excited for all the next chapters of my life still waiting to unfold.
