Biography
Renan Novaez is a Brazilian actor, graduated from the Wolf Maya Acting School. He has experience in both theater and audiovisual productions, standing out in various projects and accumulating a series of significant performances. In film, Renan played roles in the short “Traição” (2022), portraying Tadeu, and in the feature film “The Butcher Shop” (2023), as the Millionaire. In 2021, he also appeared in the short “A Casa” as Fernando, and had a role in Netflix’s “Salve Geral – Irmandade,” scheduled for release in 2026. He also starred in the films “Interstício” (2026), directed by Bruno Lucio and William Lima, and “O Assassino do Boom” (2026), directed by Mateus Guidoni and Vitor Dividino. On stage, he has performed in productions such as “Senhora dos Afogados” (2023), playing the Comb Seller/Neighbor, under the direction of Flavia Pucci. He appeared in “The Government Inspector” (2023), portraying Ivan Kuzmítch – Head of the Post Office, directed by Sérgio Ferrara, as part of his graduation from the Wolf Maya Acting School. Renan was also part of the Shakespearean Theater Showcase (2023), playing Friar Laurence in the Romeo and Juliet segment, directed by Sérgio Ferrara, and took part in dramatic readings such as “The Tempest” (2024), in the role of Sebastian, directed by Kiko Marques. Additionally, he worked as assistant director in the plays “The Caucasian Chalk Circle” (2023) and “Tennessee Station” (2024), both directed by Kiko Marques.
