Biography

Tony Montana, born Julio Gonzales in Colombia, is a retired porn actor, active from 1983-1999. After moving to the US at age 14, Montana got into the adult business as an exotic dancer, based out of he Hollywood Tropicana in Los Angeles but touring nationally. He began working in adult films in 1983, during the transition from film to video as the standard medium of the business. Montana appeared in over 400 titles. He also began directing adult films in 1988. In October 1999, after 16 years in the business, routine testing showed he was HIV positive, which immediately ended his adult career. Montana soon found work as a welder and left the industry behind.
