A trouble-making sprite named Milo pops out of the bathtub with plans to take over the orphanage.

Derrick escapes the orphanage in order to avoid his immunization shot, and ends up infecting the city with a mega strain of chicken pox.
6. Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite
A restless Meg rips off her mattress tag, releasing a swarm of mutant bed bugs all over the city. Once the babies get the idea that the bugs have swallowed Lazlo, they fly into bug-squishing action!

Lazlo creates a formula for cookies that supercharge the brain. When Buck ends up eating one of her cookies, he becomes a genius and eventually takes over the world.
